Janet is an experienced Mobility Advisor within the Crown Mobility team, having joined Crown in 2005. Janet specialises in managing corporate relocation policies, holding overall responsibility for the welfare, well-being and stewardship of specific business partnerships for Crown World Mobility key accounts
Having relocated from the United Kingdom in 2001, Janet has the life experience, empathy and understanding required to effectively support transferees who are experiencing an immense period of change. She intimately understands the challenges that accompany assimilation into a new environment.
This firsthand experience, alongside her skills and experience in the area of mobility and project management, allow her to maintain a high level of support, whilst administering the mobility policy in the best interest of the corporate with cost savings and compliance at the forefront.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?
I already live here; came to the Land of the Long White Cloud back in December 2001 and have never wanted to leave New Zealand.
What is your daily mantra, or inspirational quote?
Love one another, be kind to each other and strive to do the best you can in everything.
What are your top two bucket list experiences?
1. Building my own home
2. To see an Aurora / polar lights display
What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
Creating a community rather than isolating workforce. Creating connections across the teams, ensuring there is valuable and strong communication.
What part of your role with Crown World Mobility do you enjoy the most?
Working with each of my clients on their unique ‘journey’ (relocation), looking at their requirements and striving to exceed their expectations.
What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done together with a client?
As part of my Customer Service I will look to work with the client to find innovative solutions to any challenges, often thinking outside the square.
