Kim has been a part of the wider Crown team for several years, having joined us when she and her family relocated to New Zealand in 2014. As a vital member of our Workspace Relocation team, Kim was responsible for coordinating the delivery and administration of office moving for our key clients.
We are very fortunate that Kim’s talents were recognized and she has now joined the World Mobility team. Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge, administration and customer service skills. In Kim’s role she provides integral support to the World Mobility Team, responsible for ensuring all destination services run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Kim will continue the management of Crown’s accommodation provider supply chain, specialising in serviced apartments.
Kim has a highly proactive approach to service management and in-depth understanding of what is required to really be ‘there’ for clients in high pressure environments. Kim’s skills and experience are vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience for Crown’s valued clients.

What are your top three bucket list experiences?
What do you feel are the biggest challenges for organisations who have a mobile workforce today?
I feel like retention is the biggest challenge for employers in today’s climate, and retaining the talent they’ve invested in sending on assignment is even more important. With remote working options increasing, maintaining connections with each other and between teams is also a challenge.
