Nikki Smith – Mobility Advisor

Nikki is an experienced Mobility Advisor within the Crown Mobility team. She specialises in the management of inbound and offshore support services.

Nikki has been with Crown since 2016, she started as Destination Services Specialist, and over the years has proven herself to be versatile, and able to assist in all aspects of Crown World Mobility’s destination services support. Her project management skills have enabled her to effectively navigate the complexities of international relocations into and out of difficult locations.

As a Senior Mobility Advisor, Nikki will be supporting our clients in simplifying their relocation experience, through the effective management of the multifaceted relocation process. This includes but is not limited to, assignment management, immigration management, household effects relocation and related requirements, settlement support, expense management, along with navigating the volatile COVID related travel restrictions and requirements.

Having lived in South Africa, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, Nikki knows how important it is to be resourceful, focused and organised throughout the relocation process, and as importantly settling into the new location.

Nikki’s experience both personally and professionally gives her a clear perspective on the challenges and complexities experienced by transferees. She has the ability and experience to manage a heavy caseload while delivering exceptional customer services.
